5.3 Executing Program



Touch "RUN" button to start the program currently shown in the program display area.


Operation: How to execute a program


After touching "RUN", a confirm window will pop up.

Press key 1 to confirm executing it.

Press key 2 to quit.

If key 1 is pressed and cursor is not at the first line, a "Run from?" dialog will pop up.

Knob rotating or touch could do the selection.

Press key 1 to confirm.

Press key 2 to quit.

If key 1 is pressed, a feedrate override selecting dialog will pop up.

Rotate the knob or touch to select a override value.

Press key 1 to confirm current selected override and start the program.

Press key 2 to quit this operation.


The display while executing is shown below.



In this scene, following operations could be applied:


Knob rotating can adjust feedrate override.

Press the knob during the process to turn on/off single-step mode.

Press key 2 to pause the process. Continue it by pressing key 1.

Press "ABORT" icon to stop the process.


Single Step


Touch "STEP" button or press the knob to turn on/off single-step mode.


The text "SST" at the status display area would fill with yellow while it is in single-step mode. The program will be executed line by line with every single pressing of key 1. If the "SST" state is off, the program will run continuously after pressing key 1.
