2.4 Major Pages of XYZ and XY

TPCU with XYZ or XY configuration has 4 major operation pages, which are Manual page, INSMILL page, Setting page and Info page. Touch the menu tabs can switch to each page..

Manual page

Move XYZ axes through the knob or keys on the TPCU. XYZ axes also could be moved directly by hand crank. TPCU shows the axial position all the time whether it is moved by control system or hand crank.

Different jog override and step value can be set while it is controlled by M83.

INSMILL page

The simple milling objects with graphical guide and programmable object schedule simplify the procedure of operation. Each milling object has four different entities to store different parameters.

INSMILL helps the operators fill in the geometry and manufacture parameters intuitively with graphical guide. And it contains commonly used milling, pocketing, and drilling process of various shapes.

Setting page

Coordinate offset, tool table, cancycle parameters, XYZ axes motor parameter setting, system language switching, and system management.

INFO page

Provide TPCU system version, boot and processing time record, event record, help, system diagnosis and other information.
