8.2 TPCU Main Control Unit


TPCU is the main control unit. There is a 10.4" touch TFT color LCD, an emergency stop switch, a rotary knob and two keys at the front side.




Power connector



Power connector of TPCU is at the backside. A power supply is attached in the shipping package as accessory. Please use this to power only M83 and ESPU, do not connect it to other external devices. Be careful to the voltage polarity when wiring.


EMG connector



Connect the emergency switch with the control circuit of motor power.


USB socket

USB is not suitable for long-distance transmission. Especially when CNC machine axes and spindle are operating, transmission signals would be interfered frequently.

The best way to use USB is to plug the USB device directly into the USB slot on the controller. If you want to use a USB extension cord, the length of the extension line must be less than 50CM and has a good braided shield layer covered.
