8.1 M83 and Servo System

While doing the wiring of M83, please make sure the following devices are prepared.

• TPCU
• 3 sets of EtherCAT servo driver and motor.
• 5 meters long EtherCAT cable, connect TPCU with X-axis EtherCAT driver.
• Two 1 meter long EtherCAT cables, connect with the other drivers.
• ESPU and another 1m long EtherCAT cable. (Optional)
• Spindle driver. (Optional)
