3.7 Switching Servo/Hand Crank

User can switch to servo control mode or hand crank to move the axes in manual mode.

Touch "ENGAGE SERVO" or "DISMISS SERVO" icon in the auxiliary row to switch the manual control source between servo control from M83 and the hand crank which mounts on the axial mechanism directly. When switching to hand crank mode, the servo enable signal will be cut off, but the position information will update to the screen still.
