Language

System language can be set as English, Chinese, or others. Reboot is needed after this setting has changed.

Unit

System unit can be set as metric or imperial. The precision would be wasted due to unit conversion.

Mute  Buzzer

If this option is checked, it will turn off the buzzer.

Year / Month / Day / Hour / Minute

Let user set the system time.

ScreenSaver Delay

When the idle time exceeds this setting value, unit: minute, M83 will automatically enter the screen protection mode and turn off the display. Click on the touch screen to wake the display.

Set the delay time to 0 minute to turn off screen saver feature.

I/O Handshake Mcode

When M83 equipped with an ESPU, user could assign a M code (M10~M94) to trigger an action of external device. This Mcode would wait until the action is done. Output at TB6 and input at TB2-4 are in use.

Take the indexing table as an example. M83 will put a enable signal on TB6 to activate the rotation of indexing table. Once the indexing table has finished the action, it should reply a signal of completion by sensor to TB2-4. M83 would receive this and finish the Mcode. This is the whole process flow of the handshake.
